Return Policy


All sales are FINAL. All of our items are printed by Printful to order. Therefore, we are NOT able to accept returns or exchanges under any circumstance other than fault of our own (ie., if the wrong item was shipped to you, or is damaged.) Please be sure to read all item descriptions thoroughly. 

 

1. Claims
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to the Thimblekin (thimblekinshop@gmail.com) within 15 days after the product has been received. Thimblekin will then notify the issue to the printing company www.printful.com. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

2. Return Address
All sent packages are marked with the Printful return address, so that if the package is returned for any reason (wrong address, broken, etc.), it will come back to Printful and Printful can take care of it.

3. Reasons for Returns

Damaged items - The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!

Wrong Size - If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart, and the size that you officially ordered. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

Wrong Address - If you, the customer, provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Printful facility and the customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Returned by Customer - We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at customer expense and discretion. A new order would need to be placed for an updated size at customer's expense.
